We review your processes, keep the ones that actually pay off, and you get hands on the tools you will really use.
Session 2 · First automation
We build one together
Usually quotes or client follow-ups. You hold the keyboard, I guide. It runs before the session ends.
Session 3 · Your documents
AI works on your real data
Invoices, meeting notes, contracts, in-house templates. We plug in your documents, then place the review points.
Session 4 · Autonomy
You can change it and fix it
Going live, cost control, what to do when an output goes sideways, how to add the next one without me.

The audit takes 90 minutes and ends with a written, prioritised plan. The right door when everything looks urgent.

Then training is the right call. What we build during the sessions stays yours, and you know how to change it.
The project is too heavy to build yourself
I design and install the system, then train your team to run it. You still own everything.
FAQ
Common questions about the training
Do I need any technical background?
No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you have the level. The technical parts are explained when they become useful.
Is this an accredited training course?
No. I am not an accredited training body, so there is no funding scheme and no paperwork. The work is invoiced as consulting.
Which tools do we use?
Whatever fits your case: usually Claude and n8n, sometimes Make, sometimes an automation inside a tool you already pay for. Your setup does not change for the sake of changing.
How long do the four sessions take?
The pace follows your calendar. One session a week works well: you get time to run what we built before the next one.
What if my process cannot be automated?
That shows up in the first session. Some processes are not ready, I say so, and we move the effort to where the gain is real.
How much does it cost?
Quoted after the free discovery call. It depends on how many people attend and how many processes we cover.
