Who processes your data

What this site collects

Audience measurement runs on Umami, a cookieless tool that counts page views, traffic sources and countries without storing personal data and without following anyone across sites. No consent is required for that.

Google Analytics only loads if you accept it in the banner. If you refuse, or choose nothing, no Google script is called. Details in the cookie policy. No advertising pixel, no advertising profiling.

One form collects anything, the one on the contact page. It asks for four fields:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name
• your message

That information is sent by email. Nothing is written to a database, and it serves no purpose other than replying to you.

Why, and on what basis

There is a single purpose: answering your enquiry and, if it goes further, preparing a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 6.1.b GDPR.

You are not signed up to any newsletter. No marketing message will go out unless you ask for one.

How long

Three years from our last exchange. If a contract starts, accounting and contractual records are kept for the periods Spanish law requires. You may ask for deletion before that.

Who else has access

Two providers are involved, each for one specific function.

• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) hosts the site and routes the form emails. Switzerland holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
• Umami (Umami Software) provides the cookieless audience measurement. No personal data is sent to it.
• Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, and only if you accepted it.
• Cal.com handles call bookings, and only if you open the booking widget. Anything you enter there falls under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: you can exercise any of these at any time. An email to theo@my-agent.io is enough, with no particular formality. I reply within one month.

If my answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Emails from the form pass through the host's servers. No personal data is stored on the site itself.
