Good Claude training is not about memorising fifty prompts. It teaches your team to work on real documents, check outputs, protect company data and turn one-off chats into a repeatable method.

Pick three frequent tasks, such as summarising a case file, drafting a client reply and comparing two proposals. Training should produce reusable instructions, a review checklist and at least one process that works on your own accounts.
Use a report, quote, contract or procedure that the team already understands.
Define the expected format, the sources to cite and the points that still need human approval.
Keep the best instructions, examples and rules in a common workspace.
1 · Frame
Claude works better when it knows the role, goal, reader, available documents and limits. A vague request produces a vague answer.
2 · Ground
Upload the right file, ask for a structured summary and require each conclusion to point back to the document.
3 · Check
Training must cover the verification of figures, names, dates, quotations and sensitive decisions.
4 · Reuse
A useful instruction becomes a shared pattern. The team does not start from zero for each new quote or meeting note.
5 · Protect
Client data, contracts, HR information and trade secrets need a clear policy, the right plan and controlled access.
6 · Implement
Once the method is stable, n8n can send the document, call Claude, store the result and request human approval.
Public Anthropic prices checked on October 24, 2026. They may change. Claude Pro is listed at 20 dollars per month, or 17 dollars per month with annual billing. It works well for one person validating the first use cases.
Claude Team starts at 25 dollars per user per month with annual billing, or 30 dollars with monthly billing, with a five-seat minimum. It adds shared work, administration and team management features.
Solo
One owner or AI lead.
Three real tasks to test.
No team rollout yet.
Team
Several users.
Administration and shared work.
Written usage rules are still required.
Avoid
Nobody knows what to test.
Every employee improvises.
The tool becomes a forgotten subscription.
Choose a task that returns every week. For example, drafting a commercial proposal from a discovery-call summary. Give Claude your template, your criteria, forbidden claims and three past examples. Ask for a draft, then have a person check every figure and commitment.
Document the flow: who supplies the data, who reviews it, where the result is stored and when the process must stop. That is the difference between an interesting demonstration and useful company practice.
For a broader framework, read AI training for business leaders. To work directly on your own files, see business AI training.
If nobody can explain the task step by step, start with an audit rather than the tool.
Hiring, legal, credit and health work need written rules, qualified experts and stronger human approval.
Copying and pasting a hundred times a week is not a method. Connect Claude to the right tools and monitor the flow.
It should cover request framing, work on real documents, quality checks, reusable templates, data rules and one workflow with human approval.
It is often enough for one person to validate the use case. Teams usually need shared methods, administration and access controls, which points toward Claude Team.
One day can explain the tool. Durable use usually needs several short sessions, tests between sessions and one process implemented on real work.
